Canberra AUS based punk / surf instrumentalist producer Danger Beach is another of genuinely interesting and ground breaking artists coming out of australia at the moment. Indeed, our radars have been picking up plenty of new and exciting aussie music as too have the BBC’s who have picked Naked and Famous as one of their bands to watch for 2011.
Anyway, this is gorgeous stuff, check out Apache for a new take on an old school genre, not exactly a festive tip, but hopefully it will warm your cockles.
The debut album from this London five piece manages to straddle between artistic indie and big, engrossing choruses.
