eMusic’s Infinite Explorations is a swish little tool for discovering new music. A pleasingly simple if not especially original idea: put in the name of a favourite artist and watch the recommendations come flooding in. It’s like having an over-enthusiastic, know-it-all friend in your pocket, who displays album covers on their face. Judging by the screen shot above, it’s worth a bash; any app that points you in the direction of Goat, Kendrick Lamar, Godspeed and The Bad Plus has got to be worth a look…
