Randy Blythe, 42, was accused of pushing 19-year-old fan Daniel Nosek off stage, causing him to hit his head on the floor. He died later in hospital from his injuries. Though the singer admitted to pushing a fan off stage at the concert, the judge ruled that Blythe’s actions did not constitute a crime. Blythe would have faced up to ten years in prison if convicted.
