Goth is cool again. And she is without doubt the coolest goths in years. Following on from the sounds of these New Puritans and the XX Zola Jesus is the new Gothic scream-queen digging up the dark side of the 80s. Its admittedly not everyone’s cup of tea but for some strange reason you got to keep listening to her lush opera trained voice and dark wave synth.
