Camp Basement
Warpaint at Camp Basement in London, UK 26th August
What a week – Carnival weekend so lots and lots of parties going on Reggae Roast all dayer at Big Chill House is sure to be a banger, as is the Libertines reunion and Funeral Party at Old Blue Last. Least not forgetting the huge Mad Decent party at the Carnival, apparently it sold out in something like 49 seconds! It is going to be very busy!
HOWEVER! I have chosen Warpaint at Camp. Soon to have XOYO within the vicinity, Shoreditch is going to be even more cozy! Warpaint are a great band from LA, and have already booked in the Scala when they return in October. Garage rock mixed with psychedelic-pop, it doesn’t get much better!
